Elevate’s boot camp offers clients a fun high intensity workout in less than hour!
Running for 45 minutes, Boot Camp incorporates high intensity exercises with a stretching and relaxation component at the end of the session to wind down, as well as providing optimum health benefits. With a maximum of 30 people per session Boot Camp is the perfect opportunity to bring along friends and family, for a fun, full on workout!

 

gal4Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi Private Personal Training provides you with all the benefits of 1 on 1 at a fraction of the price! With a maximum of 6 people per session, you are able to receive individual feedback and help in relation to your exercise, whilst still being able to interact with a close-knit group. Semi Private PT focuses on Weight/Resistance training, to build to muscle and burn fat! These sessions also allow you to train with friends in a gym setting without the membership. Mum’s are also encouraged to come along as we provide a setting in which you can bring your kids and train (No Childcare Necessary!)
